Application method of electric contact pressure gauge

Electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, machinery and other industries or supporting electromechanical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion risk.

The instrument can realize the automatic control and signal sending (alarm) of the measured (controlled) pressure system by using it together with relevant electrical equipment (such as relay, frequency converter, etc.).

The current of electric contact pressure gauge shall not exceed 3A (ampere), otherwise it will cause accidents.

The pressure gauge shall be perpendicular to the equipment, and collision and vibration shall be prevented during transmission and equipment operation.

The electric contact pressure gauge is applicable to the situation where the ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃, the model of phase resistant seismic pressure gauge, the humidity is not greater than 85%, and the vibration or violent pulsation of the measured medium has no impact on reliable contact and accurate reading.

The electrical circuit of the electric contact pressure gauge shall be carefully checked and commissioned after the price list and wiring of the electric contact pressure gauge are set.

When adjusting the given voltage value, the contactor must use the single slot screw tightening tool.

When measuring the static load, the contact pressure gauge can use 3 / 4 of the upper limit of measurement. When measuring the alternating load of the pressure gauge manufacturer, it can use 2 / 3 of the upper limit of measurement. In an instant, the upper limit of measurement can be used.

When measuring the medium with high viscosity and violent swing pressure, isolation device and buffer device shall be added.

The pressure gauge shall be calibrated frequently (once every three months)

The electric contact pressure gauge shall be kept clean and properly maintained during use.

In general, the instrument can realize automatic control and send signal (alarm) to the measured (controlled) pressure system by supporting the corresponding electrical equipment (such as relay, contactor, etc.) (the contact forms include upper and lower limit type, double upper limit type, double lower limit type, etc.).

The liquid receiving materials include copper or stainless steel, which can be selected by the user according to the actual use. It is suitable for pressure measurement in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, food and other industries.
