Description

I. Overview:

Frequency converter cable is suitable for ac rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below frequency conversion control system as power supply cable or electrical connection, the product has voltage impact resistance, can withstand the pulse voltage of frequency conversion, the cable has good shielding, and eliminate electromagnetic interference, reduce noise of frequency conversion motor, the system runs stably. Used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.

Frequency converter cables are mainly used for the connection between frequency conversion power supply and frequency conversion motor, as well as power transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 1KV and below. Especially suitable for papermaking, metallurgy, metal processing, mining, railway and food processing industries.


Two, conditions of use:


1. Rated voltage U0/U: 0.6/1kV

2. The maximum permissible temperature of the conductor is 90 ℃ for a long time, and 250 ℃ for short circuit


3. The ambient temperature of installation and laying shall not be less than 0 ℃, and the ambient temperature of fixed laying shall not be less than -10 ℃.

High operating temperature:

Silicone rubber insulation 180℃

Fluorine 46 insulation 200℃ and 260℃ two kinds

PVC insulation 70℃

Crosslinked polyethylene 90℃


4. The small bending radius is not less than 15D(D-cable outer diameter,mm)
