An overview of the

Intelligent flow quantitative controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) main features:

Suitable for all kinds of liquid medium flow display, calculation, quantitative control function;

Input a variety of flow sensor signals (such as vortex street, turbine, electromagnetic, Roots, elliptic gear, double rotor, orifice plate, V-cone, Amoba, mass flow and other flowmeters);

Flow input channel: can receive frequency signals and a variety of analog current signals;

Temperature input channel: can receive a variety of analog current signals;

Can provide transmitter +24V DC, +12V DC power supply, with short circuit protection function, simplify the system, save investment;

Fault tolerance function: when the temperature/density compensation measurement signal is abnormal, the corresponding manual set value is used for compensation operation;

Flow retransmission function, output flow current signal, update period of 1 second, to meet the needs of automatic control;

Meter clock and timing automatic meter reading function, printing function, provide convenience for measurement management;

Rich self-test and self-diagnosis functions make the meter easier to use and maintain;

Three-level password setting can prevent unauthorized personnel from changing the set data;

There is no potentiometer, code switch and other adjustable devices inside the instrument, so as to improve the seismic resistance, stability and reliability of the instrument;

Communication function: data communication can be carried out with the upper computer through a variety of communication methods to form an energy metering network system:
