Troubleshooting of magnetic fault of magnetic flap level gauge

Magnetic flap liquid level gauge is a kind of liquid level measuring instrument widely used in tank farm. In the actual use process, sometimes there will be faults of magnetic flap liquid level gauge due to magnetism. According to the summary of technicians of our company, the magnetic flap liquid level gauge can get such a conclusion from the force of float, that is, if the float is not sucked at the liquid level switch, it can rise with the liquid level or increase the buoyancy, Either reduce the gravity or reduce the magnetic gravity between the float and the liquid level switch.

For these two different treatment methods, if the buoyancy is increased, the volume of the float will inevitably increase and the gravity of the float will also increase. However, when the float is in the pontoon, the margin of volume increase is small. By reducing the gravity, the center of gravity of the float may move upward, and the float is prone to side rotation and collision with the pontoon; After the center of gravity of the float moves upward, the magnetic steel center of the float may be inconsistent with the liquid level of the buoy, and the display of the magnetic flap liquid level gauge may deviate. How to reduce the magnetic attraction between the magnetic switch and the float, we give four options:

(1) The first is to reduce the magnetism of the microswitch. The magnetic attraction between the float and the microswitch also decreases. In the process of rising or falling of the float, the force of the float driving the microswitch decreases, and the operation of the magnetic flap level gauge will not be affected.

(2) The second is to reduce the magnetism of the float, but it will cause the flap to rotate slowly, lag or fail to act. Because the magnetic turnover is driven by the magnetic attraction of the float, reducing the magnetism of the float also reduces the magnetic attraction, which is easy to cause abnormal turnover action.

(3) The third is to increase the distance between the float and the microswitch, because the magnetic attraction increases with the decrease of the distance of the magnetic material. Increasing the distance will also reduce the magnetic attraction of the float to the microswitch. Specifically, an iron sheet can be added at the microswitch of the float, and then the microswitch can be added after thickening to a certain extent, so that the magnetic attraction of the float can just drive the float, and the attraction is not too large.

(4) Z.ui the latter scheme is to increase the rotation angle of the microswitch. The microswitch can rotate a certain angle under the action of the magnetic force of the float, but the actual rotation angle is very small due to the limitation of the limit column. After increasing the rotation angle, the magnetic column of the microswitch will rotate with the float and turn to the limit column. If the force between the float and the magnetic column of the microswitch is very small at this time, the float will not be subjected to a great force of the microswitch.
