How to clean and maintain the pressure transmitter

The pressure transmitter has the advantages of reliable operation, stable performance, convenient installation and use, small volume, light weight and high performance price ratio. It is widely used in various industrial automatic control environments, including water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent building, production automatic control, aerospace, military industry, petrochemical, oil well, electric power, ship, machine tool, pipeline and other industries. It is suitable for measuring the liquid level, density and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then transforming the pressure signal into 4 ~ 20mADC signal output.

How to clean and maintain the pressure transmitter:

1: Clean carefully

All pressure transmitters should be removed before cleaning the equipment with wire brushes or special compounds. Because both cleaning methods may cause damage to the diaphragm of the pressure transmitter. When the pressure transmitter is disassembled, wipe its shell with a soft cloth that will not cause wear.

2: Keep dry

Although the circuit design of pressure transmitters can withstand harsh working conditions, most pressure transmitters are not waterproof and are not conducive to normal operation in humid environment. Therefore, ensure that the working environment of the pressure transmitter is dry.

3: Keep the mounting holes clean

It is very important to keep the mounting hole clean and prevent medium blockage to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Under some working conditions, due to the particularity of measuring media, such as molten media, it is possible to flow into the installation hole and harden. If these residual molten materials are not removed, it is very easy to cause damage to the bottom of the pressure transmitter during the disassembly and installation of the pressure transmitter. It is very necessary to keep the mounting hole of pressure transmitter clean.
